InBloom Autism Services is seeking a Senior Registered Behavior Technician (Sr. RBT) to lead and mentor junior RBTs, implement advanced ABA strategies, and support BCBA initiatives. You will focus on data accuracy, treatment fidelity, and ongoing professional development within a collaborative team.
You'll work closely with BCBAs/BCaBAs to ensure client progress, maintain quality assurance, and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented work culture. Travel to local centers is required.
The Senior Registered Behavior Technician (Sr. RBT) plays a pivotal role in implementing advanced behavior intervention strategies while supporting and mentoring junior RBTs. This role involves executing client treatment plans with high fidelity, directly supporting BCBA initiatives, and taking a leadership role in data accuracy, quality assurance, and peer training. The Sr. RBT works collaboratively with BCBAs/BCaBAs to ensure client progress, implement individualized interventions, and foster team development. Strong leadership, communication skills, and a commitment to professional growth are key requirements.
