Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an RBAC Discovery & Solutions Integration Specialist to drive identification, design, and implementation of global access control across applications, data platforms, and enterprise systems.

You will onboard new apps, integrate RBAC into technologies, and support critical initiatives, partnering across the company to advance Micron’s Zero Trust strategy. You will join the RBAC Core Team to design and deliver solutions expanding RBAC coverage to new data domains

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong expertise in IAM, RBAC, and IAM platforms/integrations, SailPoint preferred.
• Hands-on with directory services (AD, LDAP, Entra ID), data platforms (GCP, Snowflake).
• Analytical, problem-solving with data-driven reporting using Excel and AI-powered tools.
• Self-motivated and able to collaborate across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate on the RBAC project core team, assist with key decisions and program activities.
• Identify and drive access control improvements to strengthen security and least-privilege access.
• Partner with business, IT, security, and applications teams to document access models across orgs.
• Analyze system, data platform purpose, processes, data exposure, and RBAC readiness.
• Stay updated on security trends and integrate solutions into Micron’s framework.
• Bring AI-powered tools to improve analysis and operational efficiency.
• Lead special projects to expand RBAC coverage and access governance.
