Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a Sr. Associate of Raw Materials to translate Design's vision into on-brand, on-trend leathers for footwear. You will develop and source materials, manage the materials library, and coordinate with overseas teams and suppliers to meet deadlines.

The role requires a BS/BA/BFA and 3+ years in raw materials, sourcing, or related fields, with strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BA/BFA degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in raw materials, sourcing, or related field.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with PLM and materials development processes.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, tracks, and reports on all requested materials.
• Collaborate with design to maintain seasonal color palettes and lab dips.
• Coordinate supplier appointments and monitor SMS material orders.
• Maintain and issue approved standards to suppliers and overseas teams.
• Manage materials library, records, and PLM entries.
• Interacts daily with design, PD and overseas offices during development.
• Participate in meetings and collaborate on materials/colors across categories.
