Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a Materials Assistant in New York for a 6-month assignment. You will perform administrative activities and interface with Design and PD as part of the Raw Materials team, working with RM teams in NY, China, and HK, reporting to Raw Materials Management in NY.

The hourly pay range is $29-$31/hr. In this role, you will organize raw material libraries, support development and design with boards and swatches, and help manage color standards and supplier pricing information.

Qualifications

• BS/BA/BFA degree required or preferred.
• Materials related development experience is a plus.
• Strong collaborative, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage raw material library organization and record maintenance.
• Support development and design meetings with prep, swatches, and labeling tasks.
• Track and coordinate development packages, shipments, and material references across locations.
