Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Prepares rate related filings in jurisdictions to advocate the company's position on accounting, ratemaking, gas cost, and other regulatory issues.
  • Develops and reviews analytical exhibits in rate filings and testimony.
  • Coordinates information flow between internal departments to respond to rate case interveners.
  • Develops financial and statistical models to improve efficiency in rate filings.
  • Reviews billing data to ensure accuracy in regulatory proceedings.
  • Prepares and files compliance reports with regulatory bodies.
  • Monitors rates charged by other jurisdictions for comparison.
  • Calculates pro forma adjustments to deficiency studies for rate cases.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
