Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Materials Science.
• Minimum of three (3) years in R&D prototyping.
• Minimum of one (1) year in product industrialization or manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop power electronic based circuit breaker prototypes and testing.
• Collaborate with onsite machine shop and external vendors for parts.
• Engage with Additive Manufacturing Center of Excellence for part fabrication.
• Prototype MVPs and drive rapid development cycles.
• Create and execute test programs to verify design criteria.
• Document assembly procedures and troubleshoot issues.
• Generate technical reports and presentations.
• Support IP generation activities.
