KB Signaling, based in Rochester, NY, seeks a RAM Engineer to perform reliability, availability, and maintainability analyses across project lifecycles. You will lead RAM activities, develop RAM plans and reports, and drive data-driven decisions from tender through operation.

Strong analytical skills and RAM tool experience are essential. Applicants should have 5+ years in engineering with RAM/quality experience, familiarity with EN-50126 and related standards, and proficiency in Office tools.

• Coordinate RAM activities across design lifecycles from tender to commissioning.
• Define RAM approach and strategy for assigned projects.
• Own RAM deliverables: RAM Plan, RAM report, Demonstration Plans and RAM Monitoring.
• Perform RAM activities: MTTF/MTBF/MTBFF/MTBSF/MTTR, FMEA, RBD, reliability modelling.
• Provide design recommendations and verify RAM targets.
