Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Senior Engineer on our Water Resources team to perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for Class I Railroad projects, develop scope and schedule, prepare technical reports, review CAD drawings, and secure local, state, and federal permits. Travel to job sites is required in varied terrain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Professional Engineering License.
• 8+ years of water resource engineering experience.
• 4 years of leadership or mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform hydrologic/hydraulic analysis for Class I Railroad projects.
• Develop project scope and schedule; manage tasks.
• Prepare technical reports and review CAD drawings.
• Obtain local, state, and federal permits for water resources projects.
• Travel to job sites for field reconnaissance in all conditions.
