Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering required.
  • Internship, co-op, or related engineering experience preferred.
  • Engineer Intern (EI) certification or ability to obtain certification within a reasonable timeframe required.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation, GIS, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, or other related hydrologic and hydraulic software is required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for Rail Water Resources projects.
  • Support plan production, technical documentation, and permitting efforts.
  • Develop skills in design, modeling, and engineering software used by the team.
  • Assist with project data collection, documentation, and basic calculations.
