TYLin is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist (Scheduler) to join our PMCM group on rail and transit projects. The client requires 4 days onsite in Alexandria, VA.

The role focuses on developing and maintaining CPM schedules using Primavera P6, tracking progress, and coordinating with the client and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery. Strong communication and scheduling expertise are essential.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of construction project scheduling experience.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with Rail and Transit projects.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 preferred.
• PMI or AACEI certifications preferable.
• BS in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Create CPM schedules using Primavera P6 for rail and transit projects.
• Review contractor baselines, updates, and recovery schedules in Primavera P6.
• Attend project progress and schedule meetings.
• Accurately track contractor work progress against schedule.
• Maintain liaison with client and other consultants throughout project stages.
• Identify improvements for schedule procedures, templates and products.
