Job summary

TYLin Group is seeking a Project Controls Manager in Washington, DC, to lead cost, schedule, and resource management on rail and transit programs. You will oversee budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and reporting activities across the project lifecycle, coordinating with engineering and client teams.

The role requires a BS in a related field and 10–15 years of project controls experience, including 5+ years in management, with strong Primavera P6 and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• 10-15 years of project controls experience.
• 5+ years of project controls management experience.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 and scheduling processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage project control activities and resources across lifecycle phases.
• Oversee cost estimating, budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and reporting for rail/transit projects.
• Review budgets, schedules and costs to ensure alignment with scope and requirements.
• Track contractor progress and maintain liaison with clients and consultants.
• Support schedule improvements and participate in progress meetings.
