Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Field Inspector - Rail and Transit to join our team on a mega project. You will perform field engineering tasks, develop plans and procedures, and review subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with construction standards.

The role requires 12+ years of field construction experience, a bachelor's degree in engineering, and strong communication. Proficiency with CAD and PC software, plus leadership on-site, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction-related field and 12+ years of field construction experience.
• Experience in large civil/structural and/or industrial projects at domestic and/or foreign locations preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction processes and industry practices.
• Excellent written and oral communication; familiarity with CAD and PC software; ability to lead on a project.
• Software skills include MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Bluebeam, ProCore, Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong written communication; will be writing and editing meeting minutes.
• Role requires occasional off-hours.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and track Daily and Monthly Reports and other reports.
• Enter data in Project Control Management System.
• Assist the Project Manager as required.
• Attend and distribute meeting minutes.
• Coordinate and distribute design reviews; track RFIs.
