Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Project/Program Management.
• 10+ years managing multi-year, complex regulated programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, PM, or related field.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex rail signaling and systems programs.
• Oversee commercial, technical, and contractual performance.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget program execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Provide governance, reporting, and risk management.
