Job summary

TYLin is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the QA/QMS on rail, transit and other infrastructure projects. You will implement the QAP and coordinate with CTA, design consultants and general contractors to ensure conformance with contract documents and continuous improvement.

You will supervise inspections and testing, manage risk across project phases, and drive a robust quality program. A BS in engineering and 10+ years in QA for rail projects are required; strong communication with diverse

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar; 10+ years of QA work on rail, transit, or design-build projects.
Experience with transit QA functions focusing on structural, architectural, civil, MEP and vertical conveying equipment.
Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Implement the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and Quality Management System (QMS).
Coordinate and manage all quality-related issues between TYLin, CTA, DCs and GCs.
Schedule and coordinate management reviews of the QMS to verify effectiveness and promote continuous improvement.
Monitor inspection and testing activities by GCs and their testing companies.
