Job summary

TYLin, a global infrastructure consulting firm, seeks a Senior Project Controls Specialist (Scheduler) to support its PMCM group on rail and transit projects. You will manage CPM schedules with Primavera P6, review baselines, and attend progress meetings with clients and contractors to keep programs on track.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering or related field, 3+ years in construction scheduling (preferably transportation), strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of construction project scheduling experience, preferably in transportation.
• Understanding of scheduling processes; Primavera P6 experience preferred.
• PMI or AACEI certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM schedules using Primavera P6 for rail/transit projects.
• Review contractor baselines, updates, and recovery schedules and provide comments.
• Attend progress and schedule meetings with project teams and clients.
• Track progress and liaise with clients and other consultants at all stages.
• Identify improvements for scheduling procedures and templates.
