TYLin International in Los Angeles is seeking a Project Controls Specialist (Scheduler) to support our PMCM group on rail, transit, and construction management projects in the region. The role involves preparing CPM schedules in Primavera P6, reviewing contractor baselines, updates, and recovery schedules, and coordinating with clients and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years of construction project scheduling experience.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 preferred; PMI/AACEI certs preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in scheduling, logistics, and workforce planning using Primavera P6.
• Review contractor baselines, updates, and recovery schedules.
• Attend project progress and schedule meetings.
• Accurately track contractor progress related to schedule.
• Maintain liaison with clients and other consultants at all stages.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and project teams.
• Suggest improvements for schedule procedures and templates.
