Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of construction management experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure/rail projects.
• Experience with signaling, telecom and power supply systems desired.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly customer meetings.
• Lead the construction team across all project phases.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor risks and implement mitigation actions.
• Oversee safety and regulatory compliance throughout construction.
• Coordinate handover, commissioning and start-up activities.
