Covenant Health is seeking a Senior Radiology Technologist to join our Plainview team. The role covers imaging across Mammography, X-Ray, Ultrasound, and CT, with emphasis on patient positioning, equipment operation, and image quality.

You will prep rooms, guide patients, and mentor future techs while delivering safe, high‑quality imaging. Applicants must hold AMA‑approved Radiology Technology training, Texas licensure (or temporary), ARRT certification, and AHA BLS.

Qualifications

• Completion of AMA approved School of Radiology Technology program.
• Texas Radiologic Technologist license or Texas Temporary license at hire.
• ARRT national certification at hire.
• American Heart Association BLS at hire.

Responsibilities

• Position patients accurately for imaging procedures.
• Operate imaging equipment (Mammography, X-Ray, Ultrasound, CT) and ensure high-quality images.
• Prepare rooms, manage contrast media, and assist during procedures.
• Mentor and train radiology staff and students; maintain patient safety and comfort.
• Capture and transmit flawless PACS images; participate in after-hours and on-call coverage as needed.
