Qualifications

• Completion of an AMA approved School of Radiology Technology.
• Texas General Medical Radiologic Technologist License or Texas Temporary Medical Radiologic Technologist.
• National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Position patients accurately for imaging procedures and operate radiology equipment.
• Prepare rooms and manage contrast media, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Guide patients through each step of imaging and ensure high-quality PACS images.
• Mentor and support junior radiology staff and students; participate in ongoing education.
• Rotate through shifts including nights and after-hours as needed to support operations.
