Job summary

Qualifications

• ARRT-R Radiography certification is required.
• Radiologic Tech license in the state of practice is required (CA and HI).
• BLS or equivalent certification is required.
• Fluoroscopy license is required in the state of employment and must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operates all x-ray equipment in the radiology department and produces diagnostic images.
• Positions and instructs patients prior to examinations and explains post-procedure instructions.
• Operates complex radiographic equipment within the cardiac catheterization department ensuring high-quality images.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
