Job summary

Adventist Health Glendale is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to operate x-ray equipment and produce diagnostic images. You will position and prepare patients, explain procedures, and ensure safety through ALARA standards in a fast-paced radiology department.

The ideal candidate has five years of radiology experience, ARRT-R certification, BLS, and fluoroscopy credentials, with CA licensing and willingness to obtain required licenses within six months if needed.

Qualifications

• Five years’ radiology experience preferred.
• ARRT-R radiography certification required.
• BLS certification required by Adventist Health policy.
• Fluoroscopy license required in CA within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operates x-ray equipment to produce diagnostic images.
• Instructs patients prior to examinations and explains post-procedure instructions.
• Maintains ALARA practices to minimize exposure.
• Supports radiologists and participates in protocol development.
