Adventist Health Bakersfield is seeking a Manager for Radiology Technologist to oversee the diagnostic imaging department. The role focuses on patient services, staffing, scheduling, budgeting and equipment management to ensure compliant, high-quality care.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 5 years of technologist experience, leadership experience, and ARRT/ARDMS/NMTCB licensure. This is a staff, full-time on-site position in Bakersfield, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience is required.
• Master's Degree is preferred.
• Five years' registered technologist experience is preferred.
• One year's leadership experience is preferred.
• Licensure/certification in ARRT(R) or ARRT(CT)/ARRT(MRI)/ARRT(M) or ARDMS/NMTCB is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations of the diagnostic imaging department.
• Supervises and directs activities of assigned personnel.
• Ensures compliance with regulations, standards and protocols.
• Plans budgets and resources for the department.
• Evaluates new technologies and equipment to improve productivity.
