You will collaborate with ML, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure top-tier coding quality and actionable solutions.

The role requires mastery of radiology coding, CPT guidelines, and a proactive mindset for continuous improvement; you will mentor colleagues and stay current on industry

Qualifications

7+ years of medical coding and auditing experience.
Significant hands-on radiology coding experience.
CPT coding expertise in radiology with modifiers and guidelines.

Responsibilities

Analyze and document customers’ coding practices and workflows to facilitate optimal use of the CodaMetrix product.
Support Coding Quality Assessment projects and ensure quality and consistency.
Provide radiology coding SME guidance to cross-functional teams.
Develop and deliver training materials on coding and billing.
Stay current on changes in radiology coding and maintain certifications.
Support customer implementations with senior-level coding expertise.
