Job summary

CodaMetrix is seeking a seasoned Coding Analyst III with deep radiology coding expertise to drive high-quality coding across customer implementations. You will mentor teams, review complex CPT coding scenarios, and collaborate with ML, Product, and Customer Success to deliver accurate, compliant coding outcomes.

The role emphasizes continuous learning, process improvement, and providing expert guidance during customer deployments in a hybrid/remote setting, with a strong focus on radiology

Qualifications

• Current AHIMA or AAPC credential held for 7+ years.
• 7–10 years of medical coding and auditing experience.
• Significant hands-on radiology coding experience.
• CPC, CCS and/or CIRCC certification required; CIRCC strongly preferred.
• Strong CPT coding knowledge in radiology, with modifiers and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document customers’ coding practices and workflows to optimize use of the product.
• Identify best practices for coding automation and workflow improvements.
• Review complex radiology coding scenarios and provide guidance on coding practices.
• Present audit results and coding recommendations to customer stakeholders and secure go-live sign-off.
