Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED required.
• Three years experience as a radiation therapist.
• ARRT certification in Radiation Oncology required.
• Ability to complete skills validation and competency testing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Super User for technology and provide training.
• Preceptor for new employees with ongoing mentorship.
• Perform CT and treatment procedures with high proficiency; HDR QA involvement.
• Lead cost savings, patient safety, and efficiency improvement efforts.
