• Ensures safety, quality assurance, and accurate documentation of treatment records.
• Explains procedures to patient and family; refers questions to appropriate personnel.
• Provides on-call coverage for emergency patients; rotates weekend shifts.
• Trains and supervises less experienced RTT staff.
• Participates in RQI program and supports daily running of treatment machines.
• Maintains schedule adherence and proper billing codes.
