Job summary

The General Hospital Corporation Mass General Brigham seeks a Radiation Therapist to join the Radiation Oncology team onsite at 102 Endicott Street. You will administer treatments, follow departmental policies, and support leadership in achieving department goals.

Applicants should hold an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Radiation Therapy, possess an ARRT license, and have 3–5 years of continuous clinical experience. Familiarity with ARIA, EPIC, ExacTrac, and Eclipse is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree Radiation Therapy required or Bachelor's Degree Radiation Therapy preferred.
• Licenses/Credentials: Radiation Therapist State License required.
• ARRT certification (Radiology) required.
• Continuous clinical experience 3-5 years required.

Responsibilities

• Administers radiation therapy treatments accurately and safely.
• Understands equipment function, treatment policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Develops new techniques with Lead and Chief Radiation Therapist and assists with emerging technology projects.
• Meet age-specific requirements for patient population served.
• Utilizes QA program for treatment and patient care.
• Rotates to other treatment areas and maintains skills.
• Assist with orientation, teaching, and training of staff, students, visitors.
