Job summary

Brigham and Women's Hospital is seeking a Senior Radiation Therapist to join the Mass General Brigham Radiation Oncology team in Boston. The role requires directing treatment delivery, supervising therapists, and maintaining QA across procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with certificate in Radiation Therapy or associates degree in Radiation Therapy.
• Massachusetts State License in Radiation Therapy required.
• ARRT certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Administers radiation therapy treatments accurately and safely.
• Maintains documentation and ensures QA checks are completed.
• Supervises Senior and Staff Radiation Therapists and students in area.
• Collaborates with physicians and care team to resolve treatment issues.
• Participates in scheduling and triage of emergent cases.
