Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support advanced space-domain technology development and DoD Program of Record using the MTA Rapid Prototyping pathway. The role involves SE and TAD for full lifecycle activities across multidisciplinary teams to drive development, integration, testing, and fielding of space technologies and mission capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a engineering degree, DoD clearance, and experience with radar, RF systems, and sensor data

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline.
Active DoD Top Secret clearance w/ SCI eligibility.
Experience with radar signal processing or space-based sensor architectures.
Experience with requirements verification, validation, & performance assessment.

Responsibilities

Perform SE activities across the full system lifecycle: concept, requirements, architecture, design, integration, test & evaluation, transition to operations, sustainment.
Support development and integration of radar-related technologies for space and multi-domain applications.
Participate in technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, ORR) and ensure baseline management.
