Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support advanced space-domain radar technologies through all lifecycle stages. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive development, integration, testing, and fielding of mission capabilities under DoD processes and rapid prototyping pathways.

The role emphasizes systems engineering, requirements traceability, interface control, and performance assessment across complex aerospace, radar, and space systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Aerospace/Electrical/Mechanical/Systems/Physics)
• Experience with DoD SE and Digital Engineering principles
• Experience with radar signal processing, sensor data products, or related architectures
• Active participation in REWs, PDRs, CDRs, TRR/ORR
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct full lifecycle systems engineering activities from concept to sustainment
• Support DoD MTA rapid prototyping programs and PoR integration
• Develop and integrate radar-related space technologies and architectures
• Perform requirements analysis, architecture development, design, integration, and verification testing
• Coordinate ECPs, baselines, and program artifacts across cross-functional teams
