Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support advanced space domain technology development. You will provide SETA support for a Program of Record using MTA rapid prototyping, driving the full lifecycle from concept through sustainment.

The role requires a DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, SAR and RF systems familiarity, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in a technical discipline is required.
• DoD SE/Digital Engineering experience is required.
• Experience with SAR/radar concepts and space systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full system lifecycle activities from concept to sustainment.
• Develop architectures, requirements, and designs for space tech.
• Support integration, testing, and fielding of SAR systems.
• Participate in system reviews (SRR/PDR/CDR/TRR/ORR).
• Coordinate performance analysis and verification activities.
