Job summary

LeoLabs, Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Planner for the Radar Supply Chain Management team in Menlo Park, CA.

You will lead supply planning for advanced radar and sensing systems, translating engineering demand, program needs, and supplier constraints into actionable material readiness plans. You will identify supply risks, manage long-lead planning, and coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ITAR considerations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
7+ years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or related roles.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Personnel Security Clearance.
Experience with hardware/ aerospace/ radar or advanced technology products.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain supply plans aligning with engineering builds and deployment timelines.
Analyze demand forecasts, BOMs, inventory levels, lead times, and open orders to identify gaps.
Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to align planning decisions.
Monitor shortages, capacity risks, and schedule changes; propose mitigations.
Support S&OP and cross-functional readiness reviews with accurate inputs and risk updates.
Develop inventory strategies balancing readiness, working capital, and schedule needs.
Coordinate long-lead material planning for critical programs and customer commitments.
Identify and communicate constraints and opportunities to improve planning cadence and resilience.
