Job summary

LeoLabs is seeking a Manufacturing Manager for Radar Hardware in Menlo Park, CA. You will lead and grow the Radar Hardware manufacturing team, own schedules, drive DFM, assembly, test, and delivery, and partner with engineering, supply chain, and program leadership to scale production of sophisticated radar hardware.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in manufacturing engineering or hardware leadership.
• Experience leading manufacturing for complex electronic or electromechanical hardware.
• Experience with contract manufacturers as technical interface.

Responsibilities

• Lead Radar Hardware’s Manufacturing Team, including manufacturing engineering and technicians.
• Own detailed manufacturing schedule for radar hardware builds.
• Drive manufacturing execution from design release to procurement readiness and delivery.
• Build scalable processes and operating rhythms for multiple programs.
• Lead readiness reviews and manage risks related to BOM, DFM, tooling, and suppliers.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and program leadership to improve quality, cost, and predictability.
