Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Radar Systems Engineer in Huntsville, AL, onsite. You will develop architectures and requirements for radar OSI M&S capabilities, analyze system performance, and work closely with software and test teams to deliver high‑performing radar solutions.

The role requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of experience, MBSE, radar signal processing know‑how, and proficiency in MATLAB, Python, and Linux. A strong collaboration mindset and US security clearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with radar systems and MBSE.
• Experience with radar signal processing or signal modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of architectures and requirements to define radar OSI M&S capabilities.
• Contribute to framework updates, requirements, algorithms, test scenarios, and verification approaches.
• Analyze requirements and benchmark to ensure system-level performance meets objectives.
• Collaborate with software and integration/test engineers on radar solutions.
