Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering, or closely related STEM with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Significant engineering experience with complex radar or RF sensor systems including radar design, RF systems, transmitters/receivers, antennas, signal processing, or calibration.
• Ability to diagnose complex radar-system performance problems using engineering analysis, data, testing, modeling, and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the program’s lead radar engineering SME, providing technical leadership for RTR radar operations, sustainment, testing, and modernization.
• Analyze radar performance and mission data to identify degradation, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of radar hardware, software, RF, and system-interface problems; drive corrective actions.
• Ensure radar systems meet mission performance, calibration, accuracy, and availability requirements; support readiness assessments.
