The role spans hardware development, system validation, and deployment readiness, guiding prototype builds and cross-functional collaboration to ensure scalable, serviceable solutions. You will drive reference designs, manage build readiness, and provide hands-on guidance through planning, validation, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Hands-on experience with rack layouts, cable routing, assembly, and technical documentation.
• Experience leading prototype builds, deployment readiness, configuration management, and engineering changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead rack-level integration for AI and data center platforms.
• Develop and validate rack reference designs and configurations.
• Plan and execute prototype and NPI rack builds.
• Support system bring-up, validation, and design verification activities.
• Drive resolution of cross-functional integration issues.
• Provide technical guidance for rack assembly and configuration activities.
• Create and maintain rack documentation, BOMs, and integration procedures.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, thermal, power, networking, and serviceability issues.
• Review engineering changes and configuration updates.
• Participate in design, validation, and build readiness reviews.
