Job summary
Honeywell Technologies is seeking a maintenance leader to drive reliability and operational excellence in repair and overhaul of production equipment. You will lead planned PMs and unplanned repairs, mentor technicians, and push continuous improvements in safety and quality.
You will monitor performance metrics, provide recommendations to the Maintenance Supervisor, and help optimize maintenance processes and team performance in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading repair and overhaul maintenance programs and teams.
- Proven ability to mentor maintenance technicians to raise quality and performance.
- Proficiency with maintenance management systems and tracking tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities for process improvements.
- Technical knowledge of industry regulations and standards relevant to repair/overhaul.
Responsibilities
- Lead planned PMs and unplanned repairs on production equipment, ensuring safety and specs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to enhance team capabilities and performance.
- Monitor activities and performance metrics; implement process improvements.
- Provide recommendations to the Maintenance Supervisor to boost team performance.
