Dow is seeking a Senior Research & Development/Technical Service & Development Technician to support scientists, engineers and technologists in R&D and process development. Locations include Freeport, TX / Auburn, MI / Collegeville, PA. The role emphasizes safety, data quality and operational excellence.

You will execute experiments, maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and share expertise while ensuring compliance with EH&S standards. On-site role with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent plus relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute laboratory experiments and testing safely.
• Collaborate to develop, scale up and commercialize products and processes.
• Operate, calibrate and troubleshoot lab instruments and equipment.
• Document data and support test method improvements.
