Dow seeks a Research & Development/Technical Service & Development Technician to support hands-on technical work across multiple sites in the United States (Freeport, TX; Midland, MI; Auburn, MI; Collegeville, PA; Virtual Office). The role involves experimental execution, data generation, and collaboration with scientists and engineers to advance products and processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years in a lab/technical role, or an associate degree in a related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship offered.
• Willingness for a 12-hour rotating shift including nights and weekends.
• Ability to work safely in lab or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to follow established procedures and quality systems.

Responsabilités

• Support scientists and engineers in development, testing, and production/process optimization.
• Safely perform laboratory experiments and document results.
• Execute routine and non-routine procedures using established methods.
• Develop and review experimental plans with technical resources.
• Perform analytical testing using laboratory instrumentation and techniques.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and systems.
• Monitor process conditions and respond to deviations.
• Collect, analyze, and archive experimental data; prepare technical reports.
• Communicate observations and recommendations to project teams and stakeholders.
• Support method development and equipment improvements.
