You will mentor staff, coordinate lab activities, analyze data, and contribute to patent filings while ensuring effective product launches in a dynamic industrial setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, Mathematics or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant research experience.
• Proven ability to manage or contribute to a technical project to generate focused new ideas to solve critical new product and process problems.
• Demonstrated success guiding and mentoring junior personnel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Mansioni

• Lead discovery, development, and improvement of Gentex technology for R&D and to engage in research and development, testing, and evaluation of novel technologies, processes, and/or applications.
• Document and analyze experimental data, including maintaining an accurate notebook and/or database of experimental results. Prepare technical reports, summaries and analyses.
• Coordinate various laboratory activities relating to research projects within the various R&D groups and manage cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and coach other group members in the performance of their research and development duties.
• Coordinate assembly and testing of new products and/or processes and lead technical collaboration with members from other sections and/or divisions.
