Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 1+ years of professional experience in laboratory and/or testing setting.
• Experience in lab accredited to ISO/IEC 17025.
• Technical competency in the appropriate test area.

Responsibilities

• Execute testing in accordance with applicable requirements and developed procedures.
• Analyze and interpret test data against pass/fail criteria for engineering teams.
• Compile, evaluate, and report test data timely and accurately.
• Support quality, corrective, and preventative actions in the validation process.
• Follow lab quality system policies and procedures.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot laboratory equipment and processes.
• Train new personnel in test methods and lab processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase validation efficiency.
