Job summary

Cadwell is seeking a Project Manager 2 to oversee cross-functional development programs across neurodiagnostic and neuromonitoring portfolios, located at Cadwell’s headquarters in Kennewick, WA. You will drive project initiation, planning, and execution from concept to launch, coordinating multiple teams to meet tight timelines.

Expect to manage risk, enforce Cadwell process compliance, and lead design transfer activities, with a focus on continuous improvement in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of project management tools and best practices.
• Thorough knowledge of project risk management techniques and tools; demonstrated experience with managing and mitigating project risks.
• Ability to lead and drive cross-functional project teams with a professional and solutions-oriented approach.
• Ability to develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Cadwell processes.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including explaining and documenting complex technical projects.
• Working knowledge of design control processes and design transfer activities.

Responsibilities

• Owns the success of and leads R&D projects from initiation through product launch, ensuring timely completion of multiple projects.
• Coordinates tasks across functional areas to ensure efficient project execution and resource utilization.
• Leads R&D team meetings to drive efficient project execution and continuous improvement.
• Escalates to management as necessary to move projects forward.
• Ensures compliance with Cadwell’s Product Development Process and leads post-launch reviews.
• Creates and maintains project plans, schedules, risk registers, checklists, and budgets with minimal leadership input.
• Identifies risks and roadblocks early and communicates potential impacts with recommended solutions.
• Coordinates product launch activities and design transfer with teams.
