Job summary

NeuWave Medical in Madison, WI seeks a Product Development Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams through new product development and installed base change projects in a fast-growing medical device setting.

You will guide planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance while partnering with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and clinical teams to meet timelines and strategic goals. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of PM experience, with Agile experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of project management experience required.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for medical devices or other highly regulated fields.
• Experience with manufacturing, packaging, and labeling processes in regulated settings.
• Experience with MS Project or equivalent.
• Experience with project portfolio management.
• Experience leading cross-functional development projects.
• Agile project management experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with analytical thinking.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and project management to product development projects.
• Develop and maintain development project plans with cross functional teams.
• Coach team members on processes relevant to the full development cycle.
• Provide resource planning for the project team.
• Identify opportunities and evaluate potential technical solutions.
• Mentor junior associates as required.
• Communicate issues or opportunities to management.
