Job summary

Midwest Interventional Systems Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to guide R&D projects from concept to market on a contract basis, coordinating cross-functional teams and client relationships.

The role requires 1–3 years in project coordination or management, a degree in Business/Mechanical/Biomedical engineering, and familiarity with FDA QSR and ISO 13485. You will develop project plans, manage budgets, and serve as the primary client contact to drive on-time delivery and product success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of project coordination or management required.
• Familiarity with FDA QSR and ISO 13485 regulations.
• Strong client communication and ability to handle ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Directs product development from concept to market on contract basis.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets and timelines.
• Prepare project plans, risk analyses, and client proposals.
• Serve as primary client contact and ensure delivery to customers.
• Coordinate with suppliers and consultants as needed.
