Job summary

Nova Biomedical in the Boston area is seeking a Senior R&D Project Manager to lead cross‑functional advanced product development initiatives from inception to launch. The role requires strong program management, time and budget discipline, and a track record of delivering complex projects in regulated environments.

You will partner with Product Management and R&D teams, drive design controls, manage risks, and steer multiple projects in a fast‑paced hybrid on‑site/remote setting from our

Qualifications

• 5+ years project management experience in a regulated environment (medical/pharma preferred).
• Strong cross-functional relationship-building and communication.
• Expertise with design control, stage-gate processes, and product lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development and sustaining engineering projects end-to-end.
• Establish schedules and budgets; ensure deliverables across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with Product Management to drive R&D projects into the pipeline.
• Identify risks and create mitigation plans with contingency options.
• Ensure adherence to Design Control and Stage Gate processes.
• Lead Bio Ecosystem and Core Team meetings for cross-functional collaboration.
• Resolve resource allocation and prioritize within budget constraints.
