Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes in Raynham, MA is recruiting a Senior Manager to lead the global R&D Applications & Systems team. You will define the PLM/ALM/CAD product strategy that enables R&D and product development enterprise-wide.

You will own enterprise-scale PLM capabilities, manage data quality and master data, and drive Windchill transformation with Agile practices to shorten time-to-market for medical devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred for leadership roles in regulated environments.
• Experience leading PLM/ALM/CAD platforms in R&D settings.

Responsibilities

• Define the global PLM/ALM/CAD product and platform strategy for R&D and enterprise IT.
• Own governance, roadmap, and budget for R&D applications and master data domains.
• Maintain a harmonized R&D application catalog and technical stack.
• Lead the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) and Business Product Manager for PLM development and deployment.
• Manage backlog prioritization, release planning, and acceptance of value delivered.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure data lineage and end-to-end traceability across systems.
