Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Principal Project Manager, Hip & Knee R&D Data Operations, Budget & Program Excellence, to lead portfolio analytics, governance, and financial planning across a matrixed environment.

The role partners with PMO, Finance, and R&D to drive operational excellence, improve decision quality, and enable scalable operating models within DePuy Synthes. Based in Raynham, MA, West Chester, PA, or Warsaw, IN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or higher in a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in project/program/PMO or portfolio management.
• Experience in regulated industry (medical device/pharma) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of portfolio analytics, dashboards, metrics, and reporting.
• Manage portfolio budget tracking, forecasts, and variance reporting.
• Drive cross-functional programs and governance enabling portfolio visibility.
