Qualifications

• ELN/LIMS platforms experience with configuration, integrations, and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of R&D workflows, data management, and system validation in regulated industries.
• Ability to define roadmaps, manage backlogs, and prioritize work by value and risk.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed, global org.
• Strong communication to translate technical topics into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for ELN and LIMS platforms, aligning technology with R&D, quality, and regulatory needs.
• Serve as the primary business and IT interface for ELN/LIMS, translating requirements into prioritized product features.
• Partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Data teams to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Lead vendor and platform management, including selection, roadmaps, contracts, and performance.
• Lead the application of AI, advanced analytics, and automation to modernize R&D platforms and accelerate development.
• Guide agile or hybrid delivery teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of enhancements.
• Oversee system lifecycle activities including validation, change control, upgrades, and decommissioning.
• Monitor platform performance and adoption, driving continuous improvement.
• Develop and mentor team members and the extended product team.
