Job summary

Markem-Imaje, a Dover Company, is seeking an Engineering Manager in Keene, NH to lead the product-line R&D across electrical, mechanical, AME and firmware disciplines. You will partner with the DoD cross-functional leadership team to deliver revenue and profitability targets and ensure portfolio staffing and execution.

The role requires coordinating global R&D discipline leaders to apply best practices, manage technical risks, and drive platform adoption within DoD products.

Qualifications

• Masters’ degree in a related science field with 7+ years of R&D experience.
• PhD holder with 5+ years in new product development.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D for the product line and coordinate multi-discipline teams.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Drive quality and efficiency within embedded software across sites.
• Develop resource plans and coach team using a skills matrix.
• Manage external engineering partners and vendors.
