Markem-Imaje, a Dover Company, is seeking an Senior Engineering Manager to lead R&D for the product line. You will coordinate a multi-discipline team across electrical, mechanical, AME and firmware, partnering with DoD cross-functional leaders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and strong technical risk management.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field with extensive R&D experience, and potential international collaboration across sites. A PhD is a plus.

Formación

• Masters degree with several years in R&D leadership and product development.
• Experience leading multi-discipline engineering teams (electrical, mechanical, firmware).
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality and Finance.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all R&D programs follow MI processes and platform strategy.
• Coordinate multi-discipline teams to deliver on scope, time, and budget.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering hardware value and resolving issues.
• Develop roadmaps and resource plans for short/medium/long term.
